Rates apply per day and for the respective number of people.

Local tax

A local tax in the amount of €2.40 per person per night will be charged for people 14 years of age or older. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and is payable on site.

Children’s discount

Children up to 3 years of age stay free with us.

Minimum stay

A minimum stay of 7 nights in the peak season (from Saturday to Saturday) and 3 nights in the off season (regardless of the day of the week) applies to the chalet. For multi-week stays, a full cleaning is included every 7 days.

Deposit

After your booking, we ask that you transfer a deposit (booking confirmation) in the amount of the cost of one vacation day (per vacation week) to our account within 7 days. Your reservation only becomes binding upon receipt of the deposit and our written confirmation.

Cancellation policy

In the event of a cancellation within 60 days of the start of your holiday, we will retain the deposit.
In the event of a late arrival or early departure, the booked holiday period will be charged in full.
If there are travel restrictions in effect at the time of your departure, we will be happy to credit you with the deposit paid for another travel date in the future.

Check-in/check-out

On your arrival date, the chalet is available starting from 2:00 pm. On your departure date, we ask that you vacate the chalet by 10:00 am at the latest.

We accept payment via bank transfer, by credit card (Visa/MasterCard), or in cash (max. €4,999.99).

Smoking not permitted in the chalet

We ask that you smoke on the beautiful terraces or the balcony.

No pets allowed

We ask for your understanding that, for hygienic and allergy-related reasons, no pets are allowed at the Chalet Brunegg.

In addition to the wellness facilities in your chalet, you also have free access to our new spa area in the main building of the Bruneggerhof. The stylishly designed wellness area features a Finnish sauna, a steam sauna, a large whirlpool, a relaxation area, and a garden with a Kneipp path. On the same level, you will also find the guest lounge with a fireplace and elegant furnishings.
